T TRKHub

Privacy Policy

Applies to the TRKHub mobile application (Android package com.trkhub). Last updated 16 September 2026.

The short version. Everything you enter into TRKHub — your company, your trucks, your trailers, your drivers, your dates and your document scans — is stored on your own phone. We do not hold it. The app makes exactly one outbound request, and it carries only a USDOT number you typed yourself.

1. What stays on your device

Your company details, USDOT and MC numbers, home state, trucks, trailers, drivers, certifications, requirement dates, bills and reminders, and every photo or file you attach to a document are written to storage on your phone and nowhere else. They are not uploaded, backed up to us, or readable by us. Uninstalling the app, or using Start over inside it, removes them.

2. The one thing the app sends out

When you type a USDOT number and ask TRKHub to look it up, the app sends that number — and nothing else — to the public Motor Carrier Census published by the US Department of Transportation at data.transportation.gov, and shows you what the register holds about that carrier. No part of your own data accompanies the request. If you never use the lookup, the app never makes the request.

3. Signing in with Google

Signing in is optional and the whole app works without it. If you choose to sign in, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with TRKHub so the app can show whose account it is. TRKHub requests no other permission: it has no access to your Gmail, your Drive, your Calendar or your contacts. Your company data is never sent to Google and is never attached to that account on any server of ours, because there is no such server today.

4. Reminders

Phone reminders are scheduled and shown by your own device. No server is told what they say or when they fire. Email reminders are planned inside the app but are not connected: no email is queued and none is sent. If that ever changes, this policy will change with it and the app will say so on screen before anything leaves your device.

5. Sending documents

The document pack builds a PDF on your phone and hands it to your own phone's share sheet or print service. You choose where it goes — an email app, a messaging app, a printer, a file. TRKHub does not upload it and does not keep a copy.

7. Permissions and why

8. Children

TRKHub is a tool for businesses and is not directed at children under 13, who should not use it.

9. Your rights

Because your data is on your device and not with us, you control it directly: view it, edit it, export it as a PDF, or delete all of it with Start over. If a future version stores anything on a server, you will be told before it does, and this policy will describe how to see, export and delete it.

10. Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page, and material changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use TRKHub after a change means you accept it.
